      TheRainbowBunny's Mission: Our mission is to make online shopping as enjoyable, simple, and stress free as possible. If you receive a product that is defective or otherwise not as described, you may be eligible to return the item for a replacement, as specified below.

      1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
      We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or has SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
       
      2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

      We offer FREE exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING.

      3. CAN I RETURN TO SENDER?

      Please do not return to sender, we have a different address for our returns. If you return to sender and the tracking does not show it was returned successfully we cannot be liable for the lost package. In our experience the post office tends to lose return to sender packages and the tracking stops updating.

      If the item is defective or damaged during shipping we will ship out a replacement to you for free. If you would like to return an item for any other reason, it must be unopened and shipped to the return address provided to you.

      Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label. Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

      2) Subject line - "REPLACEMENT" 
      3) Include the following information: 
      a) Order # (or screenshot of original order confirmation) 
      b) Photo / video evidence of the product defect 
      c) Reason for return and explanation of damage
